We live in a 500 m2 villa in the most beautiful wine Quinta in Southern Portugal. The area is fenced and offers beautiful nature that invites to long walks and meditation in the wine groves.

The theme is de-stressing, detoxing, boosting your body with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants & amino acids, re-energising & revitalising your body & immune system.

We start each day with 2 hours of wonderful yoga & meditation which provides calm, presence and well-being while reducing stress, massaging our internal organs and strengthening our bodies.

​

We juice and drink green smoothies, healthy shots & juices both for breakfast and lunch.

In the evenings we either cook together in the villa's large kitchen, or eat a good and healthy meal at a classic Portuguese restaurant.
 

Throughout the week, we avoid bread, meat, sugar, dairy & alcohol, to cleanse our bodies of all imbalances, optimizing our gut health and immune system.

We drink super food shots & vegetable juices, and learn how the different vegetables impact our bodies and health - what should I drink if I have high blood pressure, which vegetables are anti-inflammatory, can you juice your way out of type II diabetes etc? We work based on your specific needs and health challenges.

We try Mindful Eating, as well as gain knowledge about vitamins, minerals, proteins, amino acids, antioxidants, alkaline eating etc.

All juices & herbal shots are of course included, and are made from organic ingredients from the local area. We go to the local market a couple of times during the week to buy fresh vegetables - if you want to enjoy this fantastic scenario with local producers coming down from the villages to sell their crops, you are very welcome to join us.

We live in a 500 m2 villa on a beautiful 50 hectare vineyard on the Algarve coast of Portugal, just 10 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean.

The vineyard is still active, and we can arrange a guided tour to see how the wine is made. If you are lucky, the owner might even offer you a glass :)

The owner of the winery is very interested in art, and large statues of curvy women, dancing hippos etc. adorn the areas on the Quinta´. This winery is unique and very famous in Portugal.

The area around the vineyard is indescribably beautiful and its impact is absolutely noticeable. Infinite undulating green slope as far as the eye can see. It is tranquil and high to the sky. A completely unique location where the soul is strengthened and the mind is silenced. Our villa has a private pool & sauna, as well as a tennis court just around the corner.

In the area there is also a communal infinity pool free of use, mini golf etc.

The landscape is lush and dotted with olive, orange, lemon, lime and fig groves. In this area of Portugal you will find a beautiful and very historic area. Here time has passed slower then further east. Here the old craftsmanship traditions are kept alive by both the farmer, the cobbler and the fisherman. The mountain area close to us offers nature areas that will give you adventurous experiences, strengthen your meditations, and make your mindfulness and yoga practice memorable and strong.

Just 1 km from our Quinta is the most charming, authentic Portuguese town, Estombar, where you will find cafes, a few restaurants, a pharmacy, a kiosk and a local grocery store.

This amazing retreat also includes a lovely full day trip to the salt mines of Olhao, were they produce some of Portugals best organic salt from sea water.

The salt level of the waste water from the sea salt production is so high, you can float in the water, effortlessly.

The waste water is collected into a little lake called Mar Morto - the Dead sea of Portugal.

After our guided trip around the salt mines, we will enjoy floating in the little lake. An amazing experience, relaxing for body and mind. The minerals in the salt does wonders to our bodies.

A mineral mud scrub is included, and will make your skin soft as silk.
